PAYMENT FOR EACH WAGON CANVAS PURCHASE SHOULD BE PAID BY THE CLOSE OF THE SALE. All cheques must be made payable to the WPCA and include GST. Purchasers may also purchase via credit card, however an additional adminstration surcharge will be added to the total canvas price.
In the event of no payment, after twenty one (21) days, the WPCA in their sole discretion will be entitled to place the canvas with an alternative buyer. The buyer at the auction will then be responsible for any loss or costs suffered by the wagon.
There will be a MINIMUM reserve bid on each driver designated by the WPCA.
Advertising on canvas shall be for the days of the shows purchased for and can be one or more of the shows at auction.
If, for any reason, a canvas sponsor's driver is unable to compete, the WPCA, will use its best effots to provide a replacement driver in accordance with WPCA guidelines.
Any utilization of additional supplier's names, logos, brand lines, etc. must be restricted to a simple message. Print logos and/or message size may be no more than one foot squared on the four corners of the tarp.
Where more than 1 sponsor is involved in a tarp, the primary sponsor must provide written acknowledgement to the WPCA office of their permission for additional logos on the tarp.
Other corporate slogans or messages relating to the primary advertiser will not be subject to size restrictions in order that normal company artwork can be utilized.
Buyer's advertising and sign work shall be restricted to the wagon canvas ONLY.
Canvas must be in good taste and approved by the WPCA.
The advertiser shall be responsible for the production costs of the canvas.
The order of the sale will be based upon WPCA current World Standings.
The driver is entitled to all prize monies awarded at the Chuckwagon Tour shows.
Tarp partners are allowed to change the tarps that they are running on the wagon as long as they are sponsoring at the minimum per day determined by the WPCA and the WPCA Dodge Pro Tour venue committee.
Risk and title passes to the purchaser when th auctioneer accepts the successful bid. Possession remains with the WPCA until the goods are paid for in full.
All items are sold "as-is", "where-is" and no warranties implied or guaranties expressed or otherwise exists unless announced at the auction. The auction company and the WCPA accepts no responsilbity for errors in description; it being the responsibility of the buyer to inspect the goods before the auction and satisfy themselves as to the condition; identify and authenticity.
Any and all purchases under this agreement are the sole responsibility of the purchaser named herein.
